Common questions

Got questions? We've got clarity

Why is my speed lower than the plan? +
Several factors affect real-world speed: Wi-Fi interference, router capacity, network congestion, and device limitations. ScanMeLast shows actual throughput — compare wired vs wireless for accurate diagnosis.
Why is ping high during my speed test? +
High ping can be caused by distance to test server, background downloads, or ISP routing. We auto-select nearest server, but for best results close other apps and test again.
What speed is considered normal for my activities? +
For HD streaming: 5-10 Mbps, 4K streaming: 25+ Mbps, online gaming: low ping under 50ms is ideal. For heavy home use (multiple devices) aim 100+ Mbps.
